Fueling Your Engine

long rides can be extremely tiring and use lots of fluids, most people going out on a ride forget about how they will feel nearer to the end. When biking its not always easy to grab something but if you need to you should use one hand to steady the bike and with the fee and reach around and grab what your need, and simply open (Pavelka 145). Some wonder what would be best to have to re hydrate while riding, most obvious thing would be water, "but commercial sports drinks are better, especially on longer outings (Pavelka 143). I find these much more refreshing and filling when I have been out for long periods.


Sometimes when i am just using water I use my Camel Back backpack with water pouch in it to make re hydrating easier.
