Becoming a Millionaire (INSPIRATIONAL WRAP UP)

Income Does Not Equal Wealth

(INSPIRATIONAL WRAP UP)

If there is one thing that I  would like you to take away from my blog, it is this:

Becoming a millionaire is not a matter of income, but lifestyle.

The millionaire lifestyle is not one of lavish overindulgence, wastefully squandering wealth wherever one sees fit, but rather and economic lifestyle that bestows the luxury of financial freedom and non-reliance.

The media may only portray those who flaunt their wealth about, making extravagant purchases on a whim, but like in many other cases, this is a distortion. the wealthy are those who know how to keep their wealth, by making sound financial decisions (Disk 1, Part 2). While these big-spending millionaires could keep up their lifestyle for a short time, the frugal millionaire "profiled in The Millionaire Next Door could live for up to 10 years without income", comfortably (Disk 1, Part 6).

Summed up into 7 points, this is an accurate representation of a millionaire:

Teran Long gazes off into the distance, contemplates his life, and inspires you to do the same

It is the combination of all of the above qualities of people that account for most of the millionaires in the USA. I am working to develop the skills and practices needed to become a millionaire one day. I am trying to create good habits while I am young that will hopefully carry through into my adult life, and ultimately make my life easier in the long run. I would encourage you to instill as many good spending habits in your life as you can, because these habits can make a difference in the financial stability of your future.

You have the tools to do it, so get out there and make your self a millionaire!

What changes could you make to your life to make it more closely resemble the millionaire lifestyle?

  1. I guess I could care about money. I am very good at money management, but I have zero desire to focus on amassing wealth. I want to amass love.
