Art of stepping feet (manga)

    As I showed you how to draw hands I want to show you the stepping foot which is like how girls tippy toeing to get things. As I draw anime I notice the feet of anime characters are small but, smooth and elegant. I think it is weird but, feet interest me and so I want to show how to draw the stepping foot
 
    When you begin you want to being with " two upright rectangles set at an angle." (Camilla D'errico 66).  The top rectangle will represent the calf next in the upper proportion of the lower rectangle you want to draw two circles about halfway inside and outside the rectangle (Camilla D'errico 66.)

    As you are starting to point out the definitions of the feet you want to then "add in the curves off the foot. begin by curling the line where the calf meets the top of the foot then draw the toes" (Camilla D'errico 66).

   In the third step you want to make the sides more rounder then sharp. and also also smoothing the toes (Camilla D'errico 66). Next " there will be two dimples: one for the ankle and one for the heel. These are the little lines and creases where the arch of the foot meets the heel (Camilla D'errico 66).

   With the last two steps you only want to start outlining the foot and you would want to emphasize the curved points  at the ankle and calf. And if you feel like add the toenails on your feet if you feel like it and the last thing you would do is just erase all the lines ( Camilla D'errico 65).
