After the pork has marinated, the next step is to coat all the pork with honey and then roast the pork in the oven for about 45 minutes, and about halfway through flip the pork. The pork is done when the outside begins to crisp.
Once the pork has cooled, start to cut it into thin slices and serve.
If you were cooking this meal, what would you have served it with?

Your roasted pork looks really delicious. In my family, we usually eat roasted pork with French bread. We re-bake the bread, when they are crunchy, we take it out, put some roasted pork inside the bread, add a little bit soya sauce and there you go.
ReplyDeleteThank you. So basically you use the pork in a sandwich? That sounds really good, I might have to try that if I make barbecue pork again.
DeleteWe always try to think: protein, fruit, vegetable when we cook. I would probably do a salad (just because pork is so heavy) and then apples - they compliment pork really well.
ReplyDeleteWe also had a salad with our meal, but we usually have the salad before or after the meal, so that's why it didn't make it into the picture.
