To properly execute the Rainbow, there are cretin steps you need to follow to have the best outcome.
Step 1) Use your dominant foot to roll up the ball up your non dominant leg.
- for example, if you were right footed, your right foot would roll the ball up for left leg and same process would apply if you were left footed.
Step 3) You want to land on your dominant foot as you kick the ball with your heel.
Step 4) The ball should have landed in front of you if done properly.

SOME TIPS
Just some simple tips are to always start with the ball under your feet, that is the easiest way to start off the movement of the rainbow. If you were in a game situation approaching a defender you would want to quickly dribble at the defender to have them step back, while you try to attempt them move.
MORE TIPS
According to Daniel Leon, who was a professional soccer player he stated that " Guide the ball with your leg". When i was attempting the move I also felt that was a huge help, you need to take control of the ball, your foot needs to be in control so it will be easy to preform.
The Rainbow was a hard move to execute, what in your life has been hard for you to execute?
I really enjoyed this post. Me being former soccer player who used to practice/ use this trick very often. I struggled for awhile to be able to perform this trick and it took me a very long time to get it down, but these tips seem really helpful for someone who does not know how to do this trick! Are you able to preform this trick at game speed?

Make certain to write about how you applied each bit of advice to your practice, pictures, and an open-ended question in order to facilitate discussion.

This blog has really good information! I really like how you described the steps in detail which makes it easier to understand. I think for me learning new things in school or other concepts sometimes can be hard to execute like in a test. Good job on your blog!
