Fit Body, Fit Mind
As an athlete we all have worries about loosing or winning or messing up while performing. "To compete as well as you want to and stay as fit as you need to, you must condition the mind as well as the body. If you are not relaxed enough to concentrate fully on what is required of you to focus on the game and your role in the team you will be less effective as a player and more susceptible to injury"(Chris Beeson). Some things you should do to take control of your mind is by doing things that relax you or make you feel more warmed up for a game for example listening to music, or be in a quiet place where you can focus some people close their eyes to clear their minds and to make them feel more focused and less nervous. Some things you should do to your body to make you feel more relaxed and more less stressed out is by warming up your body and by doing stretches, yoga posses could make you feel more warmed up and these methods will help you during your game and help you win since your less stressed.
