Hello everybody!
Well, if you haven't already guessed from the name of this post, we are going to be talking about music theory. What fun!?
Well, I know that for most of you music people out there, having learned piano, or playing in your high school band or orchestra, or even being a professional composer, music theory is NOT fun.
Music theory is the enemy of fun.
Learning music theory is the equivalent of Purgatory to you.
But, it still becomes essential, to your playing, or to your compositions, and for those out there who haven't experienced the wonderful glory of music theory, your favorite songs would not exist without it.
As a kind of example, below are some short demos of songs that I have been working on, and will be releasing soon. All of these songs were built using fundamental music theory, which we will be going over the basics with this and the following blog posts please enjoy!
